Neal Pionk scored just 17 seconds into overtime to lift the Winnipeg Jets to a 3-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche in Denver. Goaltender Connor Hellebuyck was sharp, stopping 25 shots as the Jets claimed the season series 3-1-0.

Morgan Barron and Gabriel Vilardi each scored in regulation, with assists from Josh Morrissey and Vladislav Namestnikov, who each recorded two helpers.
