We will be ramping up our Sports Hub tennis coverage with the U.S. Open approaching. It is the final major tournament on the annual tennis schedule. Both the men’s and women’s tournaments will begin on August 20. You can visit Sports Hub for all the latest U.S. Open tennis news, odds, picks, and more.
Tip for the Day – Sports Hub Tennis
At Sports Hub tennis is a niche sport, of course. While NFL and college football will receive a ton of coverage with their seasons approaching, it can be easy to get distracted when looking for tennis content at Sports Hub. That’s why I am offering you a few tips to find Sports Hub tennis coverage.
First, from the home page, you can go to our Betting Blog. Hover over Betting Blog to open up the drop-down menu. Choose Tips Strategies, Betting Guide, or Gambling Insights. Check out each page for Sports Hub tennis content. If you have any trouble, there are a few other things you can do.
One is to simply go to the search bar. Type in “tennis” and everything related to the sport will be revealed. You’ll see that we have a U.S. Open Tennis article from early July. You can also access tennis picks from the Pick Center. Sports Hub members can go to their dashboard and click on “Games” to bring up all of the picks that have been entered into the system. You can put “Tennis” into the “All Categories” bar to search for Sports Hub tennis picks.
Speaking of picks, let’s see how our handicappers did with their picks yesterday.
Investing in Sports Betting to the Top of the Leaderboard
There are a number of sports bettors that approach betting as an investor approaches investing. The Sports Investors are an example and their approach seems to be paying off. They were the leader on yesterday’s leaderboard with a solid day of MLB picks. If you happened to follow the Sports Investors, your pockets are jingling this morning.
Let’s take a look at how my leaderboard shaped up yesterday.
- It’s an investment: As mentioned, the Sports Investors were the big winners yesterday. No Sports Hub tennis, but they did hit all three of their MLB picks to win $430. They hit on two MLB underdogs and the winnings put the Sports Investors up $516 over the last three days. Their picks are 6-2 over the last three days.
- Sports Hub expert: Dan Jones is a Sports Hub expert and our seventh-ranked soccer handicapper. Yesterday, he hit two MLB picks and won $200. He doesn’t have a Sports Hub tennis pick, but he has a soccer pick for today in the system.
- Pro picks: We are full of professional handicappers with documented success here at Sports Hub. That’s why becoming a member is so valuable. One of those cappers is Pro Picks – James. Yesterday, he went 2-0 on two MLB picks and pocketed $200. Over the last three days, Pro Picks – James is 4-1 and is up $395.
Sports Hub Tennis Trending Soon
Very soon, Sports Hub tennis will be trending as the U.S. Open kicks off later this month. Right now, there is plenty of news from the world of football where both the college and NFL seasons are about to begin. There is a lot trending in both sports.
If you’re looking for success in betting these two sports, it pays to stay up on the latest. That’s why a Sports Hub membership makes sense. With our decades of experience in all areas of the sports betting world, we provide inside information that the typical bettor cannot get. We also have the best NFL and college football handicappers in the world. If you’re looking for an edge, you can get it right here at Sports Hub.
Let’s get an edge today with the latest trending info.
- College football betting: Speaking of college football betting, there is something going on at Iowa and Iowa State where a number of players have been accused of betting on games. An investigation has alleged that a few of the players actually bet on games that they participated in. The investigation continues and the results could affect both Iowa and Iowa State’s starting lineups this fall.
- More realignment: The Mountain West Conference is now getting in on the realignment issue. With talks stalled in the whole Cal and Stanford to the ACC thing, the MWC has said that it is open to pretty much anything. That would include absorbing the four remaining Pac-12 members (Washington State and Oregon State are the others).
- Hall of Fame: The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame will hold its induction ceremony tomorrow. Former players Dwyane Wade, Dirk Nowitzki, and Tony Parker head up a class that also includes current San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich.

- Tyler Adams: He’s one of the best young soccer players in the world. Adams, who currently is with Leeds United, is an extremely versatile player who can play fullback, wing on either side of a defense, and midfield. It appears Adams is close to signing a deal to move to Chelsea.
- 49ers: San Francisco is, of course, preparing for the upcoming 2023 NFL season. The Niners are trending now because it was learned that the team was going to sign Philip Rivers last season if the team had won the NFC championship game and made it to the Super Bowl. The 49ers lost initial starter Trey Lance early in the season. Then, Jimmy Garoppolo got hurt. Rookie Brock Purdy took the team deep in the postseason before he was hurt and his backup Josh Johnson suffered a concussion. Would have been great to see.
A Full Schedule Today
Weekends in the summer are great for fans and bettors. While many summer days don’t have much betting variety, when the weekends come the sports schedule heats up. That’s what we see today. With the NFL preseason started, there’s even a number of football games on the schedule.
We’ve got a little bit of everything on the schedule today. It’s enough to keep most bettors happy. As I mentioned, there is NFL football, baseball of course, and even some of one of our favorites – Sports Hub tennis.
Here’s a look at what’s on tap for today.
- NFL: It’s Week 1 of the preseason and after last night’s two games we have six more. Green Bay plays at Cincinnati and Denver at Arizona in the two games that will be televised by the NFL Network. There are over a dozen NFL picks in the system for tonight’s games.

- MLB: It’s still baseball season, right? All 30 teams will be in action as they begin their weekend series (or continue them if they started Thursday). The Cubs-Blue Jays series should be interesting. Both teams are right in the thick of their respective wild card races.
- CFL: Another summer weekend, another CFL game on Friday night. Tonight, Saskatchewan will head to Montreal where they will face the Alouettes in more Week 10 action.
- World Cup: There was one match on the schedule. With the time difference, it’s actually already been completed. Sweden beat Japan 2-1 to advance to the semifinals. The other two quarterfinal matches will be held on Saturday.
- Sports Hub Tennis: We love tennis here at Sports Hub. It’s a niche sport for bettors and one where a lot of money can be made. Be sure to check out our best tennis handicappers for the upcoming U.S. Open. The Western & Southern Open starts today in Cincinnati.
- WNBA: There are two games in the WNBA today. Chicago plays at New York and Washington is at Las Vegas. The Liberty and the Aces are the top two teams in the league and both have already clinched playoff berths.
- Golf: Like Sports Hub tennis, golf is another niche sport that can really bolster a bettor’s bankroll. The AIG Women’s Open continues today. American Ally Ewing shot a 68 to take the lead after Round 1. The FedEx St. Jude Open started yesterday and Jordan Spieth’s 63 tops the board right now.
- PLL: Yes, once again, it’s Professional Lacrosse League time! Tonight, the Chaos (4-3) take on the Whipsnakes (3-4) and the Chrome (1-6) face the Archers (6-1). Gotta love those names.
- Soccer: There is more Leagues Cup play today and a ton of European soccer, including the first match of the Premier League season – Manchester City plays Burnley. Check out our article on Premier League Picks – Matchday 1.
