Our analysis has highlighted plenty of Bundesliga goals. It’s time for our European soccer weekly review where we take you through what’s been going on across Europe’s top five soccer leagues.

In the English Premier League, Manchester City continue to dominate and have won all three of their opening matches. Serie A is currently topped by a host of the big clubs in Milan, Napoli, and Inter but Hellas Verona is a surprise candidate to boast a 100% record so far.

Bayern Munich march on in the Bundesliga, whilst Union Berlin has also made a fantastic start. Werder Bremen, Darmstadt, Heidenheim, and FC Köln are all without a single point. Paris Saint-Germain finally got their first win of the season in Ligue 1 as Monaco and Marseille remain unbeaten.

Finally, La Liga has offered very few surprises as Real Madrid top the standings and have won every match. Fellow heavyweights Barcelona and Atletico Madrid remain unbeaten, as well as Girona who have had a flying start to the campaign.

So, let’s get into our European soccer weekly review where we take a look at all the key betting trends we have discovered so far, including a great deal of Bundesliga goals.

European Soccer Weekly Review – Stats Show Lots of Bundesliga Goals

Now that we have caught up with all the results and taken a look at some of the key statistics, it’s time to dig a little deeper and analyze what these statistics mean for bettors.

It is important for bettors to use statistics when making their bets. That is because stats can highlight key and recurring trends that can give you a better understanding of what is happening. That way, you can make more informed decisions when betting.

More informed decisions mean you are more likely to win. And if you are more likely to win, then you will be in with a better chance of making more profits! We are still pretty early on in the season but hopefully, the trends we have found so far can earn you some money for the next round of fixtures.

Euro soccer betting trends – Bundesliga goals!

As you can see from our key stats, the Bundesliga had the highest percentages for both the teams to score and over 2.5 goals markets from the latest matchday. For the next matches, it may be a good idea to target the over-in Bundesliga goals for your bets.

  • Union Berlin (8), Bayern Munich (7) and Bayer Leverkusen (6) are the Bundesliga’s highest scorers thus far
  • Bremen (0), Darmstadt (1), FC Köln (1), Bochum (1) are the league’s lowest scorers
  • Mönchengladbach (7), Augsburg (7), Bochum (6), Bremen (5), Darmstadt (5), Heidenheim (5), Mainz (5), Stuttgart (5) have conceded the most goals
  • Bayern Munich, Wolfsburg, Freiburg, Frankfurt, and Dortmund have all conceded the least goals (1)
  • Augsburg, Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig, Union Berlin and Mainz have a 100% BTTS record
  • Bayern Munich, Stuttgart, Augsburg, Mönchengladbach, Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig, Leverkusen and Union Berlin all have a 100% over 2.5 goals record

Union Berlin is the highest scorer in the division so far with eight goals through two matches. That means they are scoring four goals per game at the moment! They have also seen both teams score in both of their matches so far so they are letting goals in as well.

Teams such as Union Berlin, RB Leipzig, Augsburg, and Hoffenheim have 100% records in both teams to score and over 2.5 goals markets through the opening two matchdays. These are the teams that you should be targeting when it comes to Bundesliga goals.

Which players are getting the most Bundesliga goals?

It may also be a good idea to identify which individual players have been scoring the most Bundesliga goals so far. That is because bettors have the option to target goalscorers individually through betting markets such as anytime goalscorers and first goalscorers.

  • Kevin Behrens and Jonas Wind lead the goalscoring charts with four goals each
  • Harry Kane and Serhou Guirassy follow closely behind with three each
  • Behrens is the only player to score a hat-trick so far
  • The wind has scored back-to-back braces
  • Silas Katompa Mvumpa, Leroy Sane, Robin Gosens, Tomas Cvancara, Victor Boniface, Guirassy, and Kane all have a brace each
  • Guirassy has opened the scoring in both of Stuttgart’s matches

Wind has scored all of Wolfsburg’s goals at the moment and has been their first goalscorer in both of the matches they have played so far. Behrens was the first goalscorer in Union Berlin’s opener but not their second match. These two players are set to be key for Bundesliga goals this season.

Kane is yet to open the scoring in either of Bayern’s first two matches, despite scoring in each. However, Guirassy has opened the scoring in both of Stuttgart’s games thus far. Doneyll Malen has opened the scoring for Dortmund in both of their games but was the match’s first goalscorer in just one.
