Are you interested in NFL futures? Check out Sports Hub’s Week 4 NFL Futures Report. Over the past four weeks of the 2023 NFL season, I have been keeping up to date and analyzing futures odds.

The Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen have been popular choices of late after their 48-20 triumph over AFC East rivals the Miami Dolphins. The Cincinnati Bengals and Joe Burrow are now nowhere to be seen.

Meanwhile, we also have some interesting choices for Offensive Rookie of the Year. So, how have the latest developments around the league impacted NFL futures odds? Take a look at my Week 4 NFL Futures Report to find out everything you need to know!

Week 4 NFL Futures – Top Markets

If you haven’t been keeping track of my NFL futures report each week, here are the markets that will be the focus of Week 4 NFL futures:

  • Super Bowl Winner
  • AFC Champions
  • NFC Champions
  • MVP
  • Offensive Rookie of the Year
  • Defensive Rookie of the Year

Every week I will be providing you with updated odds on the aforementioned NFL futures markets. That will allow you to make the most informed decisions before making your picks. By tracking the ever-changing prices each week, you will be able to pounce when the time is right!

Are you ready to take a look at Week 4 NFL futures? I will be delving into the markets below. Which teams and players have seen the biggest shifts after Week 4?

Super Bowl Winner

I will open my Week 4 NFL Futures Report by looking at the odds for the Super Bowl winner. Below you can find the odds for the top ten contenders after Week 3:

  • Kansas City Chiefs (+600)
  • San Francisco 49ers (+600)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+700)
  • Miami Dolphins (+900)
  • Buffalo Bills (+1000)
  • Dallas Cowboys (+1000)
  • Baltimore Ravens (+1400)
  • Cincinnati Bengals (+2000)
  • Detroit Lions (+2000)
  • Cleveland Browns (+2500)

The Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers remain the favorites to win the Super Bowl and continue to get shorter in price week-to-week. Is this the most likely matchup for Super Bowl LVIII?

Here are the updated odds after Week 4:

  • Kansas City Chiefs (+550)
  • San Francisco 49ers (+550)
  • Buffalo Bills (+700)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+750)
  • Dallas Cowboys (+900)
  • Miami Dolphins (+1000)
  • Baltimore Ravens (+1400)
  • Detroit Lions (+1800)
  • Cincinnati Bengals (+2800)
  • Cleveland Browns (+2800)

The Bills have seen a sharp decrease in odds after their win over the Dolphins. They have now won their last three games in a row and the defense looks solid, allowing just 33 points over the past three weeks. Meanwhile, the Bengals continue to get longer and longer in price.

AFC Champions

Moving over towards the AFC champion now, here are the odds for the top five candidates after Week 3:

  • Kansas City Chiefs (+310)
  • Buffalo Bills (+500)
  • Miami Dolphins (+550)
  • Baltimore Ravens (+650)
  • Cincinnati Bengals (+950)

Are the Bills good enough to thwart the Chiefs though? The bookmakers don’t think so and have still priced Andy Reid’s team as favorites to win the AFC. The Baltimore Ravens are still a popular choice, however. They recorded an impressive 28-3 victory over the Cleveland Browns to open October.

Let’s take a look at the updated odds through Week 4:

  • Kansas City Chiefs (+280)
  • Buffalo Bills (+380)
  • Baltimore Ravens (+600)
  • Miami Dolphins (+650)
  • Los Angeles Chargers (+1300)

The Bengals have slipped outside of the top five as their disastrous start to the season continues. Their offense failed to get going once again in Week 4, failing to score a touchdown as Zac Taylor’s team lost 27-3 against the Tennessee Titans. The Los Angeles Chargers have now entered the running but are a longshot.

NFC Champions

Next up I will be analyzing the odds for the NFC champion. Below are the odds after Week 3:

  • San Francisco 49ers (+250)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+320)
  • Dallas Cowboys (+470)
  • Detroit Lions (+850)
  • New Orleans Saints (+1400)

Odds to win the NFC haven’t changed much from Week 3 to Week 4. The 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions all won last week as they remain the top four contenders to win the conference.

Here are the current odds after Week 4:

  • San Francisco 49ers (+220)
  • Philadelphia Eagles (+300)
  • Dallas Cowboys (+450)
  • Detroit Lions (+850)
  • Seattle Seahawks (+1800)

The New Orleans Saints have now dropped outside of the top five after losing two on the bounce, including an NFC South divisional defeat against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during Week 4. That means that the Seahawks have entered the discussion after starting the season 3-1.

MVP

Week 4 NFL futures will also examine player futures, starting with MVP. I have been taking a look at the top ten contenders each week. Check out the odds after Week 3 below:

  • Tua Tagovailoa (+300) QB Miami Dolphins
  • Patrick Mahomes (+500) QB Kansas City Chiefs
  • Jalen Hurts (+750) QB Philadelphia Eagles
  • Josh Allen (+900) QB Buffalo Bills
  • Lamar Jackson (+1400) QB Baltimore Ravens
  • Justin Herbert (+1400) QB Los Angeles Chargers
  • Brock Purdy (+1800) QB San Francisco 49ers
  • Trevor Lawrence (+2000) QB Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Joe Burrow (+2000) QB Cincinnati Bengals
  • Dak Prescott (+2200) QB Dallas Cowboys

Josh Allen is the latest QB to overtake Patrick Mahomes as favorite to win MVP. After a dreadful Week 1 where he threw three interceptions against the New York Jets, the Buffalo signal caller has gotten back on track. He has thrown eight touchdowns and just one interception in three games since.

Let’s see how the market has changed after Week 4:

  • Josh Allen (+350) QB Buffalo Bills
  • Patrick Mahomes (+500) QB Kansas City Chiefs
  • Tua Tagovailoa (+500) QB Miami Dolphins
  • Jalen Hurts (+800) QB Philadelphia Eagles
  • Lamar Jackson (+1200) QB Baltimore Ravens
  • Justin Herbert (+1600) QB Los Angeles Chargers
  • Brock Purdy (+1600) QB San Francisco 49ers
  • Christian McCaffrey (+2000) RB San Francisco 49ers
  • Trevor Lawrence (+2500) QB Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Dak Prescott (+2500) QB Dallas Cowboys

We have our first non-QB enter the top ten for the MVP race as the 49ers’ Christian McCaffrey is priced at +2000. The running back is having a fantastic season and already has a total of seven touchdowns after just four games. Could he be the first non-QB to win MVP since 2012?

Offensive Rookie of the Year

It’s time to look at the best rookie prospects now for Week 4 NFL futures. Every year it is incredibly intriguing to see which rookies are able to perform in the NFL. It may not necessarily reflect in their draft selection either. Just look at Puka Nacua! Below are the odds for Offensive Rookie of the Year after three weeks of football:

  • Bijan Robinson (+300) RB Atlanta Falcons
  • C.J. Stroud (+350) QB Houston Texans
  • Anthony Richardson (+450) QB Indianapolis Colts
  • Puka Nacua (+700) WR Los Angeles Rams
  • Zay Flowers (+1000) WR Baltimore Ravens

We have a new frontrunner for OROY! C.J. Stroud is really impressing in Houston and is yet to throw a single interception in the NFL. He has had a passer rating above 100 across each of his last three games too. Could Stroud beat Bijan Robinson to OROY?

How have odds for OROY changed? Take a look at the odds through Week 4 here:

  • C.J. Stroud (+175) QB Houston Texans
  • Bijan Robinson (+380) RB Atlanta Falcons
  • Puka Nacua (+450) WR Los Angeles Rams
  • Anthony Richardson (+550) QB Indianapolis Colts
  • Devon Achane (+900) RB Miami Dolphins

Robinson had another excellent game for the Atlanta Falcons, rushing for over 100 yards and making five catches for a further 32 yards in Week 4. It’s a testament to Stroud’s excellent performances as to why he is shorter than Robinson to win the award.

We haven’t even mentioned Nacua yet who had yet another crazy game for the Los Angeles Rams against the Indianapolis Colts. The fifth-round pick made nine catches for 163 yards and even scored his first NFL touchdown. It looks set to be a fascinating battle for OROY.

Defensive Rookie of the Year

The final market I will be analyzing in my Week 4 NFL Futures Report is Defensive Rookie of the Year. Check out the odds for the top five DROY candidates after Week 3 here:

  • Jalen Carter (+125) DT Philadelphia Eagles
  • Will Anderson Jr. (+550) DE Houston Texans
  • Christian Gonzalez (+800) CB New England Patriots
  • Brian Branch (+1200) S Detroit Lions
  • Devon Witherspoon (+2500) CB Seattle Seahawks

Jalen Carter has even moved to minus money now and it will take a season-ending injury for him to not go on and win the award. He has a PFF grade of 92.2 through his first four weeks in the NFL, the highest out of any interior defender. Carter has been performing better than studs such as Aaron Donald and Dexter Lawrence, according to PFF.

Here are the updated odds:

  • Jalen Carter (-110) DT Philadelphia Eagles
  • Devon Witherspoon (+250) CB Seattle Seahawks
  • Will Anderson Jr. (+900) DE Houston Texans
  • Brian Branch (+900) S Detroit Lions
  • Tuli Tuipulotu (+3000) LB Los Angeles Chargers

Devon Witherspoon has drastically surged up the market after an impressive display against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. Witherspoon recorded six tackles, one interception and even two sacks! Could he challenge Carter for DROY?
