Here are the best UFC on ESPN 52 predictions:
Beneil Dariush vs. Arman Tsarukyan Prediction
- Fight Odds: Dariush (+235) vs. Tsarukyan (-300)
Dariush (22-5-1) had an eight-fight winning streak snapped last time out. Charles Oliveira finished him in the first round (TKO) back in June. Tsarukyan (20-3) is on a 7-1 run in the UFC, with two straight wins.
Tsarukyan is one of the best wrestlers and scramblers at lightweight. He averages 3.82 SLpM, 1.91 SApM and 3.43 takedowns per 15 minutes. Dariush averages 3.79 SLpM, 2.63 SApM and 1.91 takedowns per 15 minutes. Both guys have solid TD defense (Dariush 80% TDD / Tsarukyan 75% TDD).
Dariush has never lost a decision in his career, but he has been knocked out four times. Tsarukyan has improved striking (8 TKO/KO wins). Tsarukyan needs this win to keep climbing the LW rankings.

Jalin Turner vs. Bobby Green Prediction
- Fight Odds: Turner (-180) vs. Green (+150)
Turner (13-7) has lost his last two fights by decision against Mateusz Gamrot and Dan Hooker. Green (31-14-1-1) is on a two-fight winning streak, with finishes against Tony Ferguson and Grant Dawson.
Turner will have a 6” reach advantage (77” vs. 71”). There’s a good chance this fight ends by TKO/KO, as both guys have power. Turner has nine TKO/KO wins and Green has 11 TKO/KO wins. Turner averages 5.82 SLpM and 4.61 SApM, while Green averages 6.15 SLpM and 3.66 SApM.
Turner has been knocked out three times and Green has been knocked out four times.

Rob Font vs. Deiveson Figueiredo Prediction
- Fight Odds: Font (-140) vs. Figueiredo (+110)
We have two UFC veterans in this fight. Font (20-7) is 1-3 in his last four fights, but the three losses were all by decision. Figueiredo (21-3-1) has only fought Brandon Moreno in his last four fights and he’s 1-2-1.
Font has a small reach advantage (71” vs. 68”). Font averages 5.71 SLpM and 3.70 SApM. Figueiredo is averaging 3.09 SLpM and 3.50 SApM. Both guys are capable of mixing in takedowns as well.
Font was dominated by Cory Sandhagen last time out. I don’t know if he has enough in the tank to get a win in this spot, but he’s durable and I expect this fight to go the distance on Saturday night.
Over 2.5 rounds is one of my best UFC on ESPN 52 predictions.
Best Bet: Over 2.5 Rounds (-125)
Sean Brady vs. Kelvin Gastelum Prediction
- Fight Odds: Brady (-130) vs. Gastelum (+100)
I’m surprised with the odds in this fight. Brady (15-1) is 5-1 in the UFC, but he was knocked out in his last fight against Belal Muhammad. Gastelum (18-8-0-1) is just 2-5 in his last seven fights. His two wins are against Ian Heinisch and Chris Curtis. Gastelum has only been stopped twice in his career.
Brady averages 4.17 SLpM, 3.86 SApM and 2.80 takedowns per 15 minutes. Gastelum is averaging 3.63 SLpM and 3.31 SApM. Gastelum has 62% TDD and Brady should be looking to get him on the mat.
Brady doesn’t have a lot of power, but he has four submission wins. Gastelum hasn’t stopped one of his opponents since 2017 (Michael Bisping). Sign-in to Sports Hub for our UFC on ESPN 52 predictions.

Clay Guida vs. Joaquim Silva Prediction
- Fight Odds: Guida (+250) vs. Silva (-315)
Guida (38-23) is 41 years old and still fighting in the UFC. Guida is 3-5 in his last eight fights. He’s coming off a loss against Rafa Garcia by decision. Silva (12-4) is 2-4 in his last six fights in the UFC.
Silva has a questionable chin and has been knocked out in his last three losses. Silva has seven TKO/KO wins. Silva often goes for it all, but he leaves himself open for punishment. Guida hasn’t knocked anyone out since 2017 (Joe Lauzon), so it’s unlikely he has the power at this age to finish Silva.
Guida has only been knocked out twice in his career, but he has 11 submission losses. These two fighters are durable, though. Login to Sports Hub to check out all of our UFC on ESPN 52 predictions.

Meisha Tate vs. Julia Avila Prediction
- Fight Odds: Tate (+115) vs. Avila (-145)
Tate (19-9) and Avila (9-2) will headline the UFC on ESPN 52 prelims. Tate is 1-4 in her last five fights in the UFC dating back to 2016. She lost to Lauren Murphy by decision last year in her last fight.
Avila is 3-1 in the UFC with two finishes. Her lone loss is against Sijara Eubanks (Decision). She’s coming off a win against Julija Stoliarenko (Submission). Tate averages 2.61 SLpM and 3.10 SApM, while Avila averages 3.18 SLpM and 2.86 SApM. Tate averages 1.88 takedowns per 15 minutes.
You can never count out Tate, but Avila has been performing better in recent years. Avila has some power in her strikes and she’s also capable of locking in submissions if this fight ends up on the mat.
This is a tough fight to call, but I’m going with Avila for my UFC on ESPN 52 predictions.
Best Bet: Avila ML (-145)

Rodolfo Bellato vs. Ihor Potieria Prediction
- Fight Odds: Bellato (-430) vs. Potieria (+320)
Bellato (11-2) will be making his highly anticipated UFC debut. He has finished ten of his opponents and eight of those wins were in the opening round. Potieria (19-4) is 1-2 in the UFC with two TKO/KO losses.
Potieria has power (nine TKO/KO wins), but his chin is questionable. Bellato has six TKO/KO wins and he will be looking to knockout his opponent to start building up some momentum in the UFC.
Neither fighter has much of a ground game, so it’s likely this fight ends by TKO/KO. You can access my UFC on ESPN 52 predictions for all of the fights I’m targeting by signing up to Sports Hub.
