Aden Holloway hit a career-high eight 3-pointers en route to a personal-best 26 points as No. 5 Alabama cruised past South Dakota State 105-82 in Tuscaloosa, Ala. The Crimson Tide knocked down a season-high 19 treys, with freshman Labaron Philon adding 21 points and six assists. Mark Sears contributed 20 points, including six 3-pointers, while Grant Nelson chipped in 17 points and eight rebounds.
Despite Alabama’s long-range barrage, South Dakota State kept things competitive in the second half, led by Washington State transfer Oscar Cluff, who tallied 21 points and 15 rebounds.
No. 6 Florida Dominates Stetson with Stifling Defense
Alijah Martin’s 18 points and Will Richard’s efficient 17 points on 8-for-11 shooting powered No. 6 Florida to an 85-45 rout over Stetson in Gainesville, Fla. The Gators, who shot 50.7% from the floor, also benefited from Walter Clayton Jr.’s 12 points and seven assists while racking up a lopsided 34-2 edge in fast-break points.
Stetson’s Mehki Ellison led the Hatters with 15 points, but Stetson shot just 26.5% as they fell to 0-3 against SEC opponents this season.

No. 9 Oregon Cruises Past Weber State in Lopsided Win
Oregon led nearly wire-to-wire in a dominant 89-49 victory over Weber State in Eugene, Ore. Jackson Shelstad led the Ducks with 16 points, shooting 7-for-10 from the field as five Oregon players scored in double figures.
Weber State’s Blaise Threatt was the only Wildcat to crack double digits, finishing with 15 points. The loss was the fourth in six games for Weber State heading into Big Sky play.
No. 12 Oklahoma Stays Perfect with Win Over Prairie View A&M
Jalon Moore’s 22 points led No. 12 Oklahoma to an 89-67 victory over Prairie View A&M in Norman, Okla. The Sooners moved to 13-0 for the fourth time in program history, with Jeremiah Fears (19 points) and Duke Miles (17 points) adding to the offensive output.
The Panthers, playing without leading scorer Nick Anderson, were paced by Tanahj Pettway’s 22 points. Marcel Bryant added 14, but Prairie View dropped to 1-12 on the season.
Braden Smith’s Career Night Pushes No. 21 Purdue Past Toledo
Braden Smith posted a career-high 34 points and drained six 3-pointers as No. 21 Purdue rolled to an 83-64 victory over Toledo in West Lafayette, Ind. Smith also dished out 12 assists and collected three steals, while Trey Kaufman-Renn added 23 points on 11-of-14 shooting.
Sam Lewis (13 points, 11 rebounds) and Sonny Wilson (13 points) led Toledo, but the Rockets struggled to keep pace with the Boilermakers in the second half.

Tomislav Ivisic Stars as No. 24 Illinois Crushes Chicago State
Tomislav Ivisic scored a career-high 23 points, and Kylan Boswell recorded a triple-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists as No. 24 Illinois overwhelmed Chicago State 117-64 in Champaign, Ill. The Fighting Illini shot an impressive 62.1% from the floor and outrebounded Chicago State 47-23.
Gabe Spinelli led the winless Cougars (0-15) with 20 points, but Chicago State continued to struggle on both ends, shooting just 37.3% from the field.
