Griekspoor, Darderi to Meet in Grand Prix Hassan II Final
Top-seeded Tallon Griekspoor advanced to the championship match in Marrakech with a 7-5, 7-6 (3) win over Polish wild card Kamil Majchrzak. Griekspoor blasted 10 aces and 27 winners while saving four of five break points. The Dutchman, who will be seeking his third ATP Tour title, kept control of key moments throughout the one-hour, 48-minute battle.
Majchrzak, who impressed with 23 winners and five aces, came up just short in a tight second-set tiebreak.
In the other semifinal, seventh seed Luciano Darderi cruised to a 6-3, 6-2 victory over No. 5 Roberto Carballes Baena of Spain. Darderi posted a 22-5 edge in winners and will look to capture his second career ATP title on Sunday.

Baez, Cobolli Set for Tiriac Open Showdown
Top-seeded Sebastian Baez booked his place in the Bucharest final with a dominant 6-2, 6-2 victory over Hungary’s Marton Fucsovics. Baez fended off all six break points he faced and benefited from 37 unforced errors by his opponent. Despite recording only nine winners of his own, the Argentine controlled the pace from start to finish.
He’ll meet third seed Flavio Cobolli in Sunday’s final. The Italian was in peak form, firing 20 aces in a 6-3, 6-0 demolition of Bosnia’s Damir Dzumhur. Cobolli will aim for his maiden ATP title in what will be his first career tour-level final.
