Do you want the best NFL DFS Week 7 plays? You’ve come to the right place. We’ve uncovered the best stacks, studs, value plays and bargain bin sleepers to target in NFL DFS Week 7 action.
We had several players finish in the top five at their position last week, including Adam Thielen, Cooper Kupp, D’Andre Swift and Jonnu Smith. We also hit on Michael Pittman Jr. and Alvin Kamara. Down in the bargain bin, we hit on Curtis Samuel again. He continues to exceed value at a very low price.
There are only ten games to target on the NFL DFS Week 7 main slate.
Best Stacks for NFL DFS Week 7
Here are the best stacks for NFL DFS Week 7:
- Lamar Jackson ($7.6K DK / $8K FD) and Zay Flowers ($5.7K DK / $6.3K FD)
Jackson has had a slow start to the season, but he’s still averaging 20.5 FPPG (DK) and 19.3 FPPG (FD) because of his production on the ground. He has thrown five TDs and three INTs, plus he has lost four fumbles already. The Lions are allowing 221.2 PYPG (18th) and 1.3 passing TDs per game (T14).
Flowers is averaging 13.2 FPPG (DK) and 10.2 FPPG (FD). He has been the most consistent producer at WR for the Ravens. He has had 8+ targets in four of six games. Flowers scored his first touchdown of the season last week. Detroit will put up points, which should force Jackson to throw more frequently.

- Jordan Love ($5.8K DK / $7.8K FD) and Christian Watson ($5.6K DK / $6.6K FD)
The Packers are coming off a bye week. Love is averaging 19.2 FPPG (DK) and 19.24 FPPG (FD). He’s coming off his worst performance in Week 5, as he threw zero TDs and three INTs. Love has scored 19+ FPs in four of five games this season and now he gets the weak Broncos defense.
Denver are allowing 268.0 PYPG (30th) and 2.3 passing TDs per game (32nd). Watson has only played in two games and he has been a bit rusty, but the speedster is capable of exploding for big plays. He had three receptions for 91 yards in Week 5. I like him to have 100+ receiving yards and 1 TD this week.
Best Studs for NFL DFS Week 7
Here are the best studs for NFL DFS Week 7 at QB, RB, WR, TE and DST:
- QB: Patrick Mahomes ($8.3K DK / $9.2K FD)
Mahomes is in a ceiling spot in NFL DFS Week 7, as he goes up against the Chargers. Mahomes has put up consistent production, but his best game translated into 25.68 FPs in Week 3. We’ve yet to see him go for 30+ FPs, but that’ll change. LAC allow 289.0 PYPG (32nd) and 1.6 passing TDs per game (T25).
Potential Stack: Travis Kelce ($8K DK / $8.5K FD)
- RB: Saquon Barkley ($8.1K DK / $8.3K FD)
Barkley came back from an injury last week and he had 28 touches. Barkley had 24 carries for 93 yards and four receptions for five yards (13.8 FPs on DK and 11.8 FPs on FD), but that was against a strong Buffalo defense. The Commanders allow 129.0 RYPG (23rd) and 0.7 rushing TDs per game (T13).
- WR: Cooper Kupp ($9.5K DK / $9.7K FD)
Kupp is incredible. He missed the start of the season, but he has averaged 26.8 FPPG on DK and 20.0 FPPG on FD in two games. He had seven receptions for 148 yards and 1 TD in Week 6. He’ll have the opportunity to exceed that this week, as the Steelers are allowing 245.6 PYPG (25th).
- TE: Kyle Pitts ($4K DK / $5.6K FD)
Pitts is starting to put things together in Atlanta. He had seven receptions for 87 yards (15.7 FPs on DK and 12.2 FPs on FD) in Week 5. He had four receptions for 43 yards and 1 TD (14.3 FPs on DK and 12.3 FPs on FD) last week. The Buccaneers are allowing 247.0 PYPG (26th). Pitts will exceed value at TE.
- DST: Buffalo Bills ($4.2K DK / $5K FD)
The Bills take on the Patriots in NFL DFS Week 7 action. The Bills defense has had 3+ sacks in five of six games. The defense also has eight INTs, five fumble recoveries and one defensive TD. Mac Jones has thrown an interception in five of six games and he has tossed two INTs in two games already.
Best Value Plays for NFL DFS Week 7
Here are the best value plays for NFL DFS Week 7 at QB, RB, WR, TE and DST:
- QB: Desmond Ridder ($5.2K DK / $6.9K FD)
The Falcons are letting Ridder air it out. He has thrown 31+ passes in each of the last five games. He has thrown for 300+ yards in the Falcons last two games. Ridder scored 22.08 FPs (DK) and 19.08 FPs (FD) last week despite throwing three INTs. TB can stop the run (83.8 RYPG – 7th), so Ridder will air it out.
Potential Stack: Kyle Pitts ($4K DK / $5.6K FD)
- RB: Brian Robinson Jr. ($5.8K DK / $7.3K FD)
Robinson Jr. is averaging 14.1 FPPG (DK) and 13.2 FPPG (FD). He has struggled the last few weeks, as he hasn’t exceeded 50 rushing yards since Week 3. He has shown flashes of brilliance, as he had 28.9 FPs (DK) and 27.9 FPs (FD) in Week 2. The Giants are allowing 147.5 RYPG (31st).
- WR: George Pickens ($5.5K DK / $7.1K FD)
Pickens has been a boom or bust. He has two games with 25+ FPs and two games with less than 10 FPs on DK. He’s coming off a six-reception performance where he had 130 yards and 1 TD. When Pickens finds the end zone, he crushes value. He has seen 7+ targets in four of five games this season.
- TE: Logan Thomas ($3.5K DK / $5.2K FD)
Thomas only had one target in Week 6. He caught the lone target for two yards. It was his worst outing of the season. Thomas had scored 7.3+ FPs on DK in the four other games he has played in. The Giants have allowed 60+ receiving yards against TEs in three of six games this season.
- DST: Chicago Bears ($2.9K DK / $3.7K FD)
The Bears host the Raiders in NFL DFS Week 7 action. After struggling through the first four weeks, the Bears defense has stepped up. The Bears DST has scored 10.0 FPPG the last two weeks. The Bears have had seven sacks, one INT and two fumble recoveries in their last two games.

Best Bargain Bin Sleepers for NFL DFS Week 7
Here are my top two bargain bin sleepers for NFL DFS Week 7 (one RB and one WR):
- Jerome Ford ($5.1K DK / $6.6K FD)
Ford is offering the best value in the RB bargain bin on DK. He’s more expensive on FD. Ford has scored 10+ FPs in three games. He exploded for 27.1 FPs (DK) and 22.6 FPs (FD) in Week 2. He had 84 rushing yards on 17 carries last week against SF. The Colts are allowing 113.5 RYPG (19th).
- WR: Michael Wilson ($3.8K DK / $5.4K FD)
Wilson is capable of posting monster numbers, as he showed in Week 4 when he had seven receptions for 76 yards and 2 TDs (26.6 FPs on DK and 23.1 FPs on FD). He had three receptions for 62 yards last week against the Rams. The Seahawks allow 257.6 PYPG (28th) and 1.4 passing TDs per game (21st).
