Argonauts vs. Alouettes Prediction
- When: Friday, September 15th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET
- Where: Percival Molson Memorial Stadium in Montreal, Quebec
- Opening Spread: Argonauts -6.5 / Current Spread: Argonauts -6.5
- Opening Total: 51.5 Points / Current Total: 52.5 Points
The Toronto Argonauts (10-1 / 9-2 ATS) just dominated the Montreal Alouettes (6-6 / 5-7 ATS) last week at home. Toronto are 2-0 (2-0 ATS) against Montreal this season. The over/under record is split (1-1).
Toronto’s offense has been unstoppable (35.2 PPG – 1st). The Argonauts average 270.0 PYPG (3rd) and 118.3 RYPG (4th) on offense. They lead the league in rushing touchdowns (20). Toronto have rushed for 125+ yards in both games against the Als. The Alouettes are allowing 116.8 RYPG (6th).
The Argos lead the CFL in sacks made (39) and sacks allowed (10), while the Alouettes rank last in the CFL in sacks made (19) and sacks allowed (44). Montreal have lost three games in a row by 9+ points, but they’re still second place in the East. I expected this spread to be higher. I’ll be on the Argos.
Best Bet: Toronto Argonauts -6.5
Elks vs. Roughriders Prediction
- When: Friday, September 15th 2023 at 9:30 PM ET
- Where: Mosaic Stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan
- Opening Spread: Roughriders -2.5 / Current Spread: Roughriders -3
- Opening Total: 45 Points / Current Total: 46 Points
The Edmonton Elks (3-10 / 5-7-1 ATS) have won three of their last four games. QB Tre Ford has led the Elks back into playoff contention. A win against the Saskatchewan Roughriders (6-6 / 6-5-1 ATS) would be huge. The Riders are 2-0 (1-1 ATS) against the Elks this season. Both games stayed under the total.
Saskatchewan are scoring 20.7 PPG (8th) and the Elks are scoring 18.8 PPG (9th). The Roughriders are allowing a league-worst 29.4 PPG, while Edmonton allow 26.0 PPG (6th). The Elks offense will look to get the run game going (123.3 RYPG – 3rd) against the Riders (109.9 RYPG Allowed – 5th).
The Riders offense will want to air it out (267.4 PYPG – 4th). These two teams always play tight games. Saskatchewan are 0-1 ATS as a favorite this season and 3-3 ATS at home.

Blue Bombers vs. Tiger-Cats Prediction
- When: Saturday, September 16th 2023 at 4:00 PM ET
- Where: Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario
- Opening Spread: Blue Bombers -6.5 / Current Spread: Blue Bombers -6.5
- Opening Total: 47 Points / Current Total: 47.5 Points
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats (5-7 / 5-7 ATS) host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (10-3 / 7-6 ATS). Hamilton are 1-5 ATS at home this season and the Blue Bombers are 2-4 ATS on the road this season.
Winnipeg rank second in points scored (32.7 PPG) and allow 20.2 PPG (Tied 1st). Hamilton are scoring 21.3 PPG (7th) and allowing 27.2 PPG (8th). QB Zach Collaros has been inconsistent at times, but he’s still second in the CFL in passing yards (3,136) and leads the league in passing touchdowns (27).
Hamilton will struggle to stop the Bombers offense in this matchup. Winnipeg lead the league in rushing yards (135.2 RYPG) and rank second in passing yards (288.2 PYPG). Winnipeg defeated the Ti-Cats in Week 1 (42-31) and had 499 yards of total offense. Can the Ti-Cats keep this close and cover ATS?

Redblacks vs. Lions Prediction
- When: Saturday, September 16th 2023 at 7:00 PM ET
- Where: BC Place in Vancouver, Canada
- Opening Spread: Lions -9.5 / Current Spread: Lions -9.5
- Opening Total: 46 Points / Current Total: 46.5 Points
The BC Lions (8-4 / 7-4-1 ATS) are coming off a bye week. The Ottawa Redblacks (3-9 / 4-8 ATS) are on a six-game losing streak. This is the first head-to-head game this season. Last season, the Lions went 2-0 (2-0 ATS) and both games went over the total. The Redblacks are 1-5 ATS on the road this season.
BC only allow 20.2 PPG (Tied 1st) and they’re scoring 25.8 PPG (3rd). BC have the best passing offense (307.8 PYPG) and the Redblacks have the worst passing defense (325.8 PYPG). Ottawa will attempt to establish the run (132.8 RYPG – 2nd), but the Lions are only allowing 92.0 RYPG (4th).
The Lions are 3-2 ATS at home and 5-4 ATS as a favorite. This point spread is huge and even with the Redblacks struggling to win, they’ve kept most games close. Ottawa have scored 20+ points in five consecutive games. Login to Sports Hub to access my CFL Week 15 predictions for this matchup.

CFL Week 15 Predictions – Touchdown Scorers
I’m betting on Winnipeg WR Kenny Lawler to score an anytime touchdown (+105). I’m surprised that we can get plus money on this bet. Lawler has scored a touchdown in five of seven games this season. He has scored a touchdown in three consecutive games. Winnipeg lead the CFL in passing TDs (32).
Best Bet: Kenny Lawler to Score a TD (+105)
CFL Week 15 Predictions – Player Props
I also have a player prop for my CFL Week 15 predictions. I’m betting on A.J. Ouellette to rush for 70.5+ yards against the Alouettes. Ouelette has 815 rushing yards on 143 carries this season. He has rushed for 71+ yards in seven of 11 games this season, including the team’s last four games. He has rushed for 95 yards and 105 yards in the two head-to-head games against the Als this season.
