If you haven’t watched the ManningCast of Monday Night Football, you are missing out. Tonight, you can tune in to the ManningCast on ESPN2. The experience is unlike any other. If you like the traditional broadcast but with a little more flare, try the ManningCast. You might not go back.
Tonight, it’s Cincinnati and Jacksonville. The Bengals have to travel to Florida to take on the 8-3 Jags who are leading the AFC South Division right now. Jacksonville is currently the No. 3 seed in the AFC playoff race. Cincinnati is currently 5-6 and on the outside looking in as far as the playoffs go. A loss will not eliminate the Bengals, but will make it even tougher to get back inot the playoff race. Jacksonville is a 10-point favorite.
Breaking Down the ManningCast
If you have yet to watch a ManningCast, the premise is this. Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning is joined by his brother, former 2-time Super Bowl champion QB Eli Manning. The Monday night football game is aired on the broadcast while the two Manning brothers talk about everything under the sun. They also bring special guests on the show and talk about some pretty weird stuff.
The two had Tom Brady on ManningCast and Eli grilled the future Hall of Famer about Peyton’s sweat. Comedian Kevin Hart once roasted Eli because of his face. Alabama head coach Nick Saban once gave an evaluation of Eli’s performance on a tubing expedition. Saban had taken the younger Manning tubing as part of an episode on “Eli’s Places.” There are many more examples of what ManningCast is like. The bottom line is that it far from traditional TV and the fans love it.
Follow Sports Hub Experts, Chalk Up Wins
It’s that simple. Really. Yesterday was a big NFL Sunday. The top-10 handicappers on our leaderboard yesterday all won at least $290 and most of them were Sports Hub experts. If you had simply followed the four that were in the top-5, you would have gone 24-4 and won $1970! That’s a great month for some guys. Here at Sports Hub, it’s just another day’s work.
Sean Kuchman was the top dog yesterday going an incredible 10-1. Every single pick was on the NFL. It would be worth checking out to see if Sean or any of our other experts has a pick for tonight’s game between the Bengals and Jaguars. Let our experts help you make your picks and then sit back and enjoy the ManningCast.
Here’s a look at yesterday’s board.
- Overall leader: As mentioned, the overall leader yesterday was Sean Kuchman who correctly predicted 10 of 11 NFL picks. The only loss was the total in the Dolphins-Commanders game. He picked the Under at 49.5 and somehow Washington managed to score 15 points in a 45-15 loss. Sean’s take for the day was $890.
- Your new pal Sal: Sal Lombardi should be your next best friend. The guy absolutely crushed it yesterday, going 10-3 with his picks. Sal added $680 to his bankroll on a combination of NFL, NHL, and CBB picks. Sal went 5-2 on his NFL picks. Maybe that will earn him a slot on the ManningCast!
- Insider information: That’s exactly what the Sports Hub Insider uses to go 6-1 and win $490. The Insider continues its barrage on the books with $555 in winnings over the last three days. SHI is No. 2 on our 14-day leaderboard with $1676 in earnings. While the Insider hit all of his NFL picks yesterday, keep in mind that the Insider is No. 1 on our 7-day NBA leaderboard.
- Coach ‘em up: Coach Rick is another Sports Hub exclusive capper that has come onto the scene and is proving the value of our experts. Yesterday, the Coach went 4-0 and won $400.
- Dan’s back again: Dan Jones also went 4-0 and won $400. Dan hasn’t missed a pick in two days and his three-day total is 8-1 and $885 in winnings. He’s up $705 for the week and $1175 for the last 30 days.
- The rest of the top-10: The final five spots in the top-10 were taken by four SportsHub experts and one of our friends from UltimateCapper.com. If you had simply tailed these guys, you would have gone 21-4 and won $1524. That’s not too shabby either. Ben Morris, The Bookie, Evan Lewis, and Sports Hub Free Picks were our own cappers in spots No. 6 through 9. UltimateCapper’s Jay Cooper rounded out the top-10.
Did the College Football Playoff Get It Right
If we limited our trending news space to just the College Football Playoff, we could still fill it up with content for days. The CFP announcement yesterday is huge sports news and it’s everywhere, including right here in our trendings news section of today’s Daily Report.
The Eagles also make the trending news, but not because they continued their winning streak. Some wondered why the Eagles were a 3-point home underdog. Now, they may be wondering why the spread wasn’t higher. You can bet the ManningCast will be talking about the 49ers-Eagles game.
Let’s see what’s trending in sports.
- CFP taking heat: The College Football Playoff committee is taking some serious heat. The committee left out an undefeated conference champion – Florida State – in its top four. Michigan, Washington, Texas and Alabama will play for the national title.
Mike Norvell's statement on FSU not making the College Football Playoff:

- Bowl schedule set: Along with the setting of the national semifinals, the rest of the bowl schedule was set as well. Bowl games kickoff on Dec. 16.
- NFL upset: The Eagles got trounced by the 49ers 42-19, but it wasn’t an upset as the Niners were 3-point favorites. They covered easily! Elsewhere around the league, favorites killed it, but there was a big upset. How about Arizona picking up just its third win of the season with a 24-10 win over Pittsburgh? The Steelers were 6-point favorites playing at home.
- Eagles grounded: We already mentioned the Eagles loss, but the Philly offense was stymied by the San Francisco defense. The Eagles have one of the top running games in the NFL. The Niners held Philly to 46 yards rushing. Philadelphia had to rely on Jalen Hurts and the passing game while the Niners could pin their ears back and apply pressure. The Niners sacked Hurts three times.
Watch ManningCast Monday Night Football
In addition to the ManningCast and Monday night football, we have some other hot action in sports today. The NBA’s in-season tournament continues tonight. There are eight teams remaining, playing for some big cash prizes. Both games are on TNT. Sorry, no ManningCast for those games.
Here’s what’s on the Monday sports schedule.
- Monday night football: Cincinnati is at Jacksonville in a must-win for the Bengals. You can watch the game on ABC or you can really dive into the game with the ManningCast. It should be entertaining as always.

- NBA in-season tourney quarterfinals: The first of the quarterfinals in the NBA’s in-season tournament is tomorrow night. Boston plays at Indiana and New Orleans plays at Sacramento. The other two games are tomorrow night. Unfortunately, no ManningCast for the NBA games.
- Big games in the NHL coming: There are six games in the NHL tonight. It all starts with Boston at Tampa Bay, which would typically be a game of elite teams. The Lightning, however, are on a four-game skid. Overall, they are only 10-10-5 and in fifth place in the Atlantic Division.
- Elite soccer: La Liga, Serie A, and the FA Cup all have a match tomorrow. After a big weekend of elite soccer, the Monday schedule is pretty light.
- College basketball: There are only 10 games on the CBB schedule tonight. It’s a nice break from a big weekend. No. 1 Purdue, which fell victim to the upset over the weekend, will host Iowa in a Big 10 matchup.
There you have it. Enjoy tonight’s Monday night game. For a change of pace, make sure you check out the ManningCast. It’s worth the watch. It’s not traditional TV and that’s what makes it great.
