Kings Hold Off Pelicans in High-Scoring Battle

Domantas Sabonis recorded a dominant 32-point, 20-rebound performance to lead the Sacramento Kings to a narrow 111-109 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans. DeMar DeRozan added 29 points, including 16 in a pivotal third quarter where the Kings outscored the Pelicans 38-28.

De’Aaron Fox and Keegan Murray each scored 18 for Sacramento, which withstood a late surge from New Orleans.

CJ McCollum led the Pelicans with a game-high 36 points, while Trey Murphy III scored 21 and Dejounte Murray added 20 in the loss.


Heat Stay Hot, Beat Raptors for Fourth Straight Win

Bam Adebayo tallied 21 points and 16 rebounds as the Miami Heat defeated the Toronto Raptors 114-104 for their season-best fourth consecutive win. Tyler Herro scored a game-high 23 points for Miami, with key contributions off the bench from Nikola Jovic (14 points) and Dru Smith (11 points).

Despite struggling with his shot, Raptors star RJ Barrett posted a triple-double with 13 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. Gradey Dick led Toronto with 22 points, including 12 in a strong first quarter, while Jakob Poeltl chipped in 16 points.

Miami’s balanced attack and dominance on the boards helped secure the victory.
