Beasley’s Late 3-Pointers Lift Pistons Over Knicks

Malik Beasley hit two clutch 3-pointers in the final minute to help the Detroit Pistons hold off the New York Knicks 124-119 at Madison Square Garden. Cade Cunningham scored 36 points, including 29 in the first half, while Beasley finished with 22 points off the bench.

Jalen Brunson tallied 31 points and 11 assists for the Knicks, while Karl-Anthony Towns (26 points, 12 rebounds) and Josh Hart (12 points, 14 rebounds) also posted double-doubles. The Knicks have now lost five of their last seven games.

Green’s Career Night Propels Rockets Over Grizzlies

Jalen Green tied his career high with 42 points, including a decisive layup in the final minute, as the Houston Rockets rallied to beat the Memphis Grizzlies 120-118 in Houston. Fred VanVleet hit a key 3-pointer during the Rockets’ late surge, which saw Houston erase a 13-point fourth-quarter deficit.

Ja Morant led Memphis with 29 points but committed seven turnovers. The Grizzlies shot 52.9 percent but could not contain Houston, which hit 16 of 31 from 3-point range and shot 50.6 percent overall.
