Bengals Secure Thrilling OT Victory Over Broncos

Joe Burrow delivered a masterful performance, throwing three touchdown passes to Tee Higgins, including the game-winner with 1:07 left in overtime, as the Cincinnati Bengals edged the Denver Broncos 30-24.

Despite a missed 33-yard field goal by Cade York in overtime, the Bengals’ defense forced a quick Denver three-and-out, giving Burrow and the offense another chance. Cincinnati capitalized with a five-play, 63-yard drive capped by Higgins’ 3-yard touchdown grab, securing the Bengals’ fourth straight win.

Burrow completed 39 of 49 passes for 412 yards and three touchdowns. Higgins hauled in 11 receptions for 131 yards, while Ja’Marr Chase added nine catches for 102 yards, setting a single-season franchise record with 117 receptions. Tight end Mike Gesicki contributed 10 catches for 86 yards, playing a key role in the offensive attack.

Marvin Mims Jr. forced overtime for Denver with a dramatic 25-yard touchdown catch on fourth-and-1 with eight seconds left in regulation. However, the Broncos (9-7) couldn’t capitalize in overtime, as Cincinnati improved to 8-8 and kept its playoff hopes alive.
