Nikolaj Ehlers scored the overtime winner to lift the Winnipeg Jets to a 3-2 win over the Washington Capitals, officially punching their ticket to the postseason with 10 games remaining. Winnipeg trailed early but rallied behind goals from Josh Morrissey and Mason Appleton. The Jets now sit at 102 points with a 49-19-4 record.

Nick Suzuki scored for the Canadiens, who are 8-2-4 in their last 14 but suffered just their second regulation loss in that stretch.
