Logan Cooley scored the decisive goal in a wild second period as the Utah Hockey Club defeated the Philadelphia Flyers 4-2. Michael Carcone, Juuso Valimaki, and Kevin Stenlund also scored for Utah, which has now won two straight for the first time since starting the season 3-0-0.

Joel Farabee and Owen Tippett scored for the Flyers, who suffered their third consecutive loss.

Islanders Double Up Senators in Ottawa

Kyle Palmieri broke a late tie, and Bo Horvat added an empty-net goal to secure a 4-2 win for the New York Islanders over the Ottawa Senators. The Islanders have now won two straight games for only the second time this season.

Adam Gaudette and Josh Norris scored for Ottawa, which saw its two-game winning streak snapped. Goaltender Anton Forsberg made nine saves in the loss.
