Casey DeSmith made 35 saves to lift the Dallas Stars to their sixth straight win with a road victory over the Seattle Kraken.
DeSmith, serving as Dallas’ No. 2 goalie, extended his personal point streak to nine games (8-0-1), turning away every shot except one from Kaapo Kakko.
Matt Duchene, Wyatt Johnston, and Mikael Granlund provided the offense for Dallas, while Esa Lindell and Mason Marchment each recorded two assists. Dallas (49-21-4) now sits just four points behind Winnipeg for the Central Division lead.

Flyers 2, Predators 1

Ryan Poehling and Jamie Drysdale scored and Matvei Michkov and Travis Konecny each had two assists as the Flyers won their third straight.
Ivan Fedotov snapped a six-game personal skid with 28 saves.
Zachary L’Heureux tallied Nashville’s lone goal, while Justus Annunen made 16 stops in the loss — his fifth in a row.

Devils 3, Wild 2 (SO)

Nico Hischier scored his fourth goal in two games and Paul Cotter netted the shootout winner as New Jersey edged Minnesota to complete a sweep of their home-and-home series.
Luke Hughes contributed a goal and an assist, and Jacob Markstrom made 27 saves in the win. Jesper Bratt added a shootout goal.
Vinnie Hinostroza and Matt Boldy scored for the Wild, but Minnesota came up empty in the shootout.

Flames 3, Avalanche 2 (SO)

Calgary stormed back with two goals in a 32-second span in the third period before Yegor Sharangovich sealed the comeback with the lone shootout tally to stun the Avalanche in Denver.
Ryan Lomberg and Adam Klapka each had a goal and an assist during the rally, and Dan Vladar stopped 28 shots plus another in the shootout.
Cale Makar and Logan O’Connor scored for Colorado. Nathan MacKinnon had an assist to push his home point streak to 25 games. Scott Wedgewood made 25 saves in the loss.
