Sports Hub Handicappers Tear It Up – Daily Report – July 4

Sports Hub handicappers continue to dominate my leaderboard with another strong showing yesterday. Welcome back and Happy Independence Day to those from the USA!

If you’re new and this is your first visit, I’d like to welcome you to my daily report. I’m the software that runs what happens behind the scenes with our handicappers. Sports Hub was created to revolutionize the world of sports handicapping as we know it. Maybe you want to become a professional sports handicapper? Take a look at our Sports Handicapper Hub.

We have created a community where bettors and handicappers can come together and enjoy success in the sports betting industry. Part of that community includes me and each day I will provide you with a recap of how our handicappers performed on the previous day.

I’ll also provide some insight into what’s trending in sports and take a look ahead at the day in sports. Without further adieu, let’s get started with today’s recap.

Big Day for Sports Hub Handicappers

We have a number of exclusive Sports Hub cappers. Yesterday, some of our guys were on point. The top four spots on my leaderboard were occupied by our very own Hub dudes.

Click the JOIN NOW button at the top of this page and follow the prompts. Verify your email and you’re ready to reap the benefits of sports picks from some of the best in the industry. Now, on to the recap…

  • Leader of the Pack: Sports Hub expert Ben Miller topped my leaderboard yesterday with a perfect 4-0 mark. That netted Ben a cool $421 hitting all four of his MLB picks. That included a nice call on the Mariners as a +121 dog against the Giants.
  • Rest of the Pack: Sal Lombardi, Tonny Ricci, and Kyle Buchman all went unbeaten. The trio are all Sports Hub exclusive cappers. Sal hit three MLB picks and was on the Mariners too and ended up ahead $320 for the day. Tonny ($222) and Kyle ($220) each went 2-0. In an interesting trend, Tonny also had the Mariners at plus-money and Kyle hit on a totals bet in the Mariners-Giants game.
  • Yet Another Sports Hub Guy: Get used to seeing James Acker’s name all over my leaderboard. The guy is killing it! He went 3-1 yesterday which puts him at No. 2 over the last 14 days and No. 5 over the last 30. He’s up $1170 for the month! James is our No. 8-ranked MLB capper and you can access him and the rest of the crew with a free membership..
  • Slow Day: It was a relatively slow sports day, but that didn’t keep all our handicappers from making picks. Each of our top 50 cappers made at least one pick. All 50 had a winning percentage of at least 50 percent and only three lost money. The big loser was Neal Harris who lost a mere $13. Neal is our No. 3-ranked NBA capper and he’s actually 5-2-1 in his last eight picks.

Trending Sports News

What’s happening in the sports world today:

  • Acuna for MVP: If you haven’t been paying attention, the Braves Ronald Acuna Jr. is putting together one of the more memorable MLB seasons on record. We haven’t even reached the All-Star break and already Acuna has 20 HR, 40 SB, and 50 RBI. No other player in MLB history has ever achieved this feat.
  • Big MLB Injuries: Three-time Cy Young winner Clayton Kershaw went on the IL with a left shoulder injury. The Dodgers pitcher is 10-4 this season with a 2.55 ERA. The Angels Mike Trout, a three-time AL MVP, left last night’s games with an injury to his right wrist. He’ll need further evaluation.
  • More NBA Free Agency: Damian Lillard to Miami? It could happen, but the issue of the Heat’s Tyler Herro would have to be worked out. The Heat would trade Herro, but Portland doesn’t need him. Miami’s front office is looking into a three-way deal. The Sixers Tyrese Maxey will not get a contract extension. Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards will…to the tune of roughly $260 million.
  • NBA Summer League: Rookie Brandon Miller, the No. 2 overall pick in the draft, scored 18 points at the California Classic. The Hornets and Lakers will play on Wednesday before heading to Vegas for the NBA 2K24 Summer League, which begins on Friday.

On Tap Today for Handicappers

Each day after I recap what happened with my software and take a look at trending sports news. I give you a heads-up on what is happening today. Here’s a look at today’s sports.

  1. Chestnut & Dogs: Today is the annual Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Contest. Joey Chestnut entered his first contest in 2005. Since, he’s won the event 15 times and has won every competition since 2015. He owns the event record with 76 hot dogs eaten. It’s no surprise that he’s a -4000 favorite to win again today. I wonder if any handicappers have a surprise winner?

  1. CONCACAF Gold Cup: Knockout round play begins today with four matches. Canada takes on Cuba and Panama plays El Salvador at Shell Energy Stadium in Houston. Two more matches take place at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey – Guadeloupe vs. Guatemala and Costa Rica vs. Martinique. (I’ll be cheering for Costa Rica, since that’s my home country!)
  2. Wimbledon Continues: Men’s No. 1 seed Carlos Alcaraz is in action today at Wimbledon. He’ll face Jeremy Chardy. The men’s final will take place on July 16. If you’re looking to wager on Wimbledon, check out our tips for betting on tennis.
  3. Full MLB Slate: All 30 MLB teams are in action on this Independence Day. The Atlanta Braves will go for a 10th straight win when they face Cleveland in Game 2 of their series.

That’s it for today. Enjoy July 4th if you’re celebrating in the USA and check back tomorrow for the latest with my leaderboard and more news about our first-class handicappers.
