Dominic Zvada kicked a 21-yard field goal with 45 seconds left, lifting Michigan to a shocking upset over No. 2 Ohio State in Columbus.
The Wolverines (7-5, 5-4 Big Ten), heavy underdogs, capitalized on two Buckeye turnovers and two missed field goals. Michigan extended its win streak over Ohio State to four. The Buckeyes (10-2, 7-2) were eliminated from Big Ten title contention, as No. 4 Penn State clinched a berth with a dominant win over Maryland.
Quarterback Carson Beck threw for 297 yards and five touchdowns for Michigan. Haynes King led the Yellow Jackets with 303 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 110 rushing yards, but Ohio State’s critical errors proved costly.

No. 1 Oregon 49, Washington 21
Oregon capped off a perfect regular season with a dominant home win over Washington in Eugene.
Dillon Gabriel led the way for the Ducks (12-0, 9-0 Big Ten), throwing for 209 yards and two touchdowns. Oregon’s run game added 222 yards, including two scores from Jordan James. The Ducks, already locked into the Big Ten Championship Game against Penn State, showcased their offensive firepower.
Washington (6-6, 4-5) benched veteran quarterback Will Rogers in favor of Demond Williams Jr., who threw for 201 yards and a touchdown. However, the Huskies struggled to contain Oregon’s balanced attack.
No. 3 Texas 17, No. 20 Texas A&M 7
Quinn Ewers passed for 218 yards and a touchdown as Texas clinched a spot in the SEC Championship Game with a road win over Texas A&M.
The Longhorns (11-1, 7-1 SEC) relied on Quintrevion Wisner’s career-high 186 rushing yards and a stingy defense that held the Aggies (8-4, 5-3) to just 244 total yards. Texas has won five straight games and will face No. 7 Georgia in the SEC title game.
Marcel Reed led Texas A&M with 146 passing yards and 56 rushing yards, but the team’s lone touchdown came on a 93-yard interception return by Will Lee III.
No. 4 Penn State 44, Maryland 7
Nicholas Singleton scored two rushing touchdowns as Penn State secured its fourth straight win in a blowout against Maryland.
The Nittany Lions (11-1, 8-1 Big Ten) scored 28 points in the second quarter to dominate the Terrapins (4-8, 1-8). Drew Allar completed 17 of 26 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown.
Maryland’s MJ Morris threw one touchdown pass but was intercepted three times, as the Terrapins ended the season with a lopsided loss.

No. 5 Notre Dame 49, Southern California 35
Notre Dame’s defense delivered two late pick-sixes to seal a high-scoring win over USC in Los Angeles.
Christian Gray’s 99-yard interception return and Xavier Watts’ 100-yard pick-six helped the Fighting Irish (11-1) notch their 10th straight victory. USC quarterback Jayden Maiava passed for 360 yards and three touchdowns but also threw two costly interceptions.
Ja’Kobi Lane caught all three of Maiava’s touchdowns, but the Trojans (6-6) couldn’t keep pace with Notre Dame’s explosive plays on defense.
Syracuse 42, No. 6 Miami 38
Kyle McCord threw for 380 yards and three touchdowns to lead Syracuse to an upset win over Miami.
The Orange (9-3, 5-3 ACC) rallied behind Jackson Meeks’ two touchdown catches and Trebor Pena’s 128 receiving yards. Syracuse overcame a standout performance by Miami’s Cam Ward, who passed for 349 yards and two touchdowns.
Miami (10-2, 6-2) missed its chance to clinch an ACC title game berth, ending the regular season with two losses in three games.
No. 8 Tennessee 36, Vanderbilt 23
Nico Iamaleava threw four touchdown passes, and Dylan Sampson rushed for 178 yards as Tennessee overcame an early deficit to defeat Vanderbilt in Nashville.
Dont’e Thornton caught two of Iamaleava’s touchdowns as Tennessee (10-2, 6-2 SEC) racked up 538 total yards. Vanderbilt (6-6, 3-5) managed 17 first-quarter points but couldn’t sustain its momentum against the Volunteers’ relentless offense.
No. 9 SMU 38, Cal 6
SMU cruised to its ninth straight win, dominating Cal in Dallas.
Kevin Jennings threw for 225 yards and two touchdowns, and Brashard Smith contributed rushing and receiving scores. The Mustangs (11-1, 8-0 ACC) will face Clemson in the ACC Championship Game.
Cal (6-6, 2-6) struggled offensively, finishing with just 159 passing yards and one interception.
No. 10 Indiana 66, Purdue 0
Kurtis Rourke threw for 349 yards and six touchdowns as Indiana demolished Purdue in Bloomington.
Indiana (11-1, 8-1 Big Ten) bolstered its playoff hopes with a dominant performance, holding Purdue (1-11, 0-9) to 67 total yards. The Hoosiers’ defense forced multiple three-and-outs, capping a historic regular season.
No. 15 South Carolina 17, No. 12 Clemson 14
LaNorris Sellers led South Carolina to a late comeback win, capping it with a 20-yard touchdown run in the final minutes.
Sellers tallied 330 total yards as the Gamecocks (9-3) earned their second win in three years over Clemson. Demetrius Knight Jr.’s late interception sealed the victory. Clemson (9-3) came up short despite a strong defensive effort.
No. 13 Alabama 28, Auburn 14
Jalen Milroe’s three rushing touchdowns powered Alabama past Auburn in the Iron Bowl.
Milroe also passed for 256 yards as Alabama (9-3, 5-3 SEC) rebounded from a recent loss to keep its playoff hopes alive. Auburn (5-7, 2-6) closed its season with its fourth consecutive losing campaign.
No. 16 Arizona State 49, Arizona 7
Cam Skattebo rushed for 177 yards and three touchdowns as Arizona State secured a spot in the Big 12 Championship Game with a dominant win over rival Arizona.
Sam Leavitt added 291 passing yards and three touchdowns for the Sun Devils (10-2, 7-2 Big 12). Arizona (4-8, 2-7) struggled offensively, managing just 126 passing yards.
No. 18 Iowa State 29, No. 24 Kansas State 21
Iowa State forced two key turnovers to edge Kansas State and secure a Big 12 Championship Game berth.
The Cyclones (10-2, 7-2) capitalized on short fields, while Rocco Becht threw for two touchdowns. Kansas State (8-4, 5-4) was led by Avery Johnson’s 220 passing yards.
No. 19 BYU 30, Houston 18
Jake Retzlaff accounted for two rushing touchdowns to lead BYU past Houston in Provo.
Retzlaff’s late score sealed the win for the Cougars (10-2, 7-2 Big 12), while Zeon Chriss tallied two touchdowns for Houston (4-8, 3-6).
