Dain Dainja recorded 25 points and 10 rebounds, propelling the Tigers (23-5, 13-2 AAC) to victory in the final two minutes over visiting Rice. PJ Haggerty scored 21 and Nicholas Jourdain posted 19 with nine boards as Memphis shot nearly 50 percent from the field. Caden Powell led the Owls (13-16, 4-12) with 19 points.

Caleb Love sank six 3-pointers en route to 23 points, pacing the Wildcats (19-9, 13-4 Big 12) to a bounce-back home win. Tobe Awaka, Henri Veesaar, and Jaden Bradley each tallied 12. Keanu Dawes (18 points, 10 rebounds) came off the bench to lead the Utes (15-13, 7-10), who trailed by double digits for most of the contest.

Richie Saunders sank six of BYU’s 17 made 3-pointers, finishing with 26 points in Tempe. Trevin Knell added 18 for the Cougars (20-8, 11-6 Big 12), who are on a five-game run.
