Trending Sports News & Winners – Daily Report – July 9

Trending sports news. It’s part of what you get every day here in the Sports Hub daily report. I’m the software that runs the show behind the scenes.

Among other things, each day I bring you a recap of our Sports Hub Leaderboard, a look at trending sports news, and a glimpse of what lies ahead on the sports scene. Yesterday my recap outlined a great Saturday sports schedule.

Free, Premium & Computer Picks

If you haven’t become a member of Sports Hub, know that there are benefits.

The biggest is access to picks. You’ll find free picks every day from many of our great handicappers. Sports Hub offers computer-generated picks as well. Run by artificial intelligence and based heavily on statistics, our computer picks are doing very well.

Bettors also have access to premium picks from our network of handicappers. That’s a good thing as you’ll see. Let’s take a look at my leaderboard from yesterday to give you an idea of the skills of our Sports Hub handicappers.

Sports Hub Cappers Lead the Pack – Leaderboard Review

What a board today! We’ve got winners and more winners. That’s what I like to see. I’m sure if you’re a member of Sports Hub, you like to see it too. Along with trending sports news, you can always find great cappers right here at Sports Hub.

If you’re coming here for the first time, every day I will break down what happened yesterday on the leaderboard. Yesterday was quite a day. We’ll also look at trends over the past few days, week and month. This way, we’ll always know who’s running hot.

There are plenty of winners and many of them were our guys. We have a number of Sports Hub exclusive handicappers. They actually topped my leaderboard yesterday.

Here’s a look at how it played out:

  • 4-0 Crew: Remember when I said there are benefits to joining Sports Hub? How about three of our exclusive handicappers going 4-0 yesterday? Jhon Walsh, Ben Miller, and Kurt Binck all hit their four picks yesterday. Jhon led the way with $462 in winnings after picking up a big win on the Nationals as a +155 underdog.
  • More SH guys: But all of your Sports Hub guys don’t win, do they? Well, they don’t win all the time, but our guys are good. Seth Cohen and Robert Ferguson each went 3-0 yesterday. Seth also hit on the Nats to earn $350. He’s up $1071 over the last 30 days.
  • We’re all winners: Take a look at my top-50. A lot of those guys are part of our Sports Hub team. Yesterday, no one in the top-50 had a losing record and all 50 made money, all the way down to Scott’s Picks who made $15. Better than losing $15!

Trending Sports News

Each day, I point out a few things that are trending in the sports world. If you want to be a successful bettor, you need to stay on top of what is happening in sports. It will only make you better.

The other thing you can do, of course, is join Sports Hub. We are growing into the largest community of bettors and handicappers in the industry. Your membership gives you access to some of the top cappers around. All you have to do is click that JOIN NOW button at the top of the page. It will be worth it. Trust me.

Here’s what’s trending today:

  • Stealing: Cincinnati Reds star rookie Elly de la Cruz put on quite the show yesterday. He stole second base, stole third, and, for good measure, stole home. Pretty incredible feat for one game. He did it in one inning! Watch him do it!
  • Those Braves again: Atlanta won its 12th game in its last 13 with a 6-1 win over the best team in the American League, Tampa Bay. Pitcher Spencer Strider picked up his 11th victory, tying him for the MLB lead.
  • Tigers no-no: Baseball is definitely trending. Yesterday in Detroit, three pitchers combined to pitch the second no-hitter of the season. Matt Manning started the game and pitched 6.2 innings before Jason Foley and Alex Lange finished off the 2-0 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
  • More dingers: Mookie Betts started the Angels-Dodgers game with his 10th leadoff homer this season. It was his 26th. Later, Shohei Ohtani hit a 433-foot bomb for his major league-leading 32nd dinger of the season. Ohtani finished a double shy of the cycle. He also leads MLB with six triples.
  • UFC 290: Alexander Volkanovski TKO’d Yair Rodriguez at the 4:19 mark of the third period in last night’s event. He will retain the UFC featherweight title. Did you see our article giving UFC 290 picks? Go see how Scott did.
