Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription that renews automatically?
No. SportsHub access packages are billed once for the fixed term shown on the card you purchase (7 days, 30 days, or 1 year). You will not be charged again unless you actively buy another package.How do I cancel?
Because each package is a one-time purchase for a fixed term, there is nothing to cancel — your access ends automatically when the term expires. If you do not want continued access, simply do not buy another package. If you have a recurring subscription via a partner service, manage it from that service's dashboard.Do you offer refunds?
Picks and live sports analysis are time-sensitive, so once a billing period has begun we generally do not issue refunds. If you believe a charge was made in error or you cannot access what you purchased, contact us via the Contact page within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.What is included in each package?
Sportshub unlocks all Sportshub handicappers. Scores & Stats unlocks advanced statistics and live data. GameAdvisors is a separate premium handicapper feed. Premium bundles all three.
